Vendor Guidelines and Rules

INDOOR & OUTDOOR BOOTHS AVAILIBLE:

Set up:
8:30am – 9:45am – Vendors must be FULLY set up by 9:45am and ready to serve customers at 10:00am.
Vendors may set up the night before between 6pm and 8pm.

Vehicles should only park near the entrance to unload and move immediately
All vehicles must be in place by 9:45 am. No vehicles may leave or pull near the entrance before 6pm.

Booths must be kept clean, neat and organized. Booths must be manned at all times.

Breakdown:
Vendor displays may not be broken down before 6pm.
In the event a vendor sells out of product, they are to remain in their space and hand out information.

Failure to follow the setup or breakdown procedures will result in one warning, followed by a $50 fine for second violation.

Fee Schedule:
10×10 – $60 per day + 7% of sales.
Food trucks – $60 per day + 7% of sales.

(Percentage to be collected at the end of day via cash, check, or Square)

Additional Rules:
All vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, weights and canopies.
Each canopy must be weighted down with 25lbs on each leg.
All vendors are required to have a tablecloth that reaches the floor.

Cross Promotion:
All vendors are REQUIRED to help advertise the market at least 3 times before the event.
This includes sharing the social media posts or making your own for the market and sharing product content and tagging the @waterfrontmarketruston.

By filling out this form you are stating that you understand that the Waterfront Market at Ruston shall not be liable for property damage or personal injury to vendors, employees or helpers, which may occur on or about any part of the event premises, regardless of how such injury or damage may occur. Vendor waves any claim against the Waterfront Market at Ruston. You, the vendor, are responsible for all liability for loss or damage to Vendor or Host property.
The above parties will not be held responsible against any liability or expense arising out of any claim or injury or damage that may occur before, during or after the event. The Waterfront Market at Ruston will not be held responsible if market is cancelled for any reason. Due to the nature of our market and the unpredictable times we are in, we will not be offering any refunds after payment has been made. Should the market have to be rescheduled your fees will be carried over. Vendor fees will not be refunded if vendor does not show up to the event or supplies a proper replacement for their space.

Payment:
Payment is due upon acceptance.
Applications will be reviewed and acceptance emails will be sent out within 48 hours of acceptance
